1. Who we are

This site is operated by [YOUR_COMPANY_OR_TRADING_NAME], at [YOUR_BUSINESS_ADDRESS]. These terms apply to everyone who uses thewiredtradesman.co.uk. Contact: hello@thewiredtradesman.co.uk.

2. The newsletter

The newsletter is free. By subscribing you consent to receive weekly emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email — no questions asked.

3. Digital products

We sell downloadable PDF products. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payment is handled by Stripe.

Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a unique download link. That link is valid for 30 days. If it expires or fails, contact us at hello@thewiredtradesman.co.uk and we'll send a fresh link.

4. Refund policy

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel digital purchases within 14 days — unless you download or start using the product before that 14-day period ends.

By clicking the download link, you agree to waive your 14-day cancellation right and acknowledge that the digital product becomes non-refundable once accessed.

If you haven't downloaded the PDF yet, email hello@thewiredtradesman.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

Outside of that, we offer discretionary refunds where something has genuinely gone wrong (file corrupted, wrong product delivered, etc.).

5. How you can use the products

When you buy a product, you get a single-user licence to use it in your own business. You may:

7. Limitation of liability

We're not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from using the newsletter or products — including lost profits, lost work, or issues arising from relying on AI-generated content produced using our prompts. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Nothing in these terms limits liability we can't legally limit — e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
